Free tool
TikTok script extractor
Paste a TikTok link. We grab the public transcript, then rewrite it into a scene-by-scene script — SCENE1, SCENE2, SCENE3 — ready for a stick figure video.
Only need captions? Use the TikTok transcript generator.
How it works
From TikTok link to SCENE1, SCENE2, SCENE3
- 1
Paste the TikTok link
Use a full video URL or a short vm.tiktok.com / vt.tiktok.com link.
- 2
We pull the public transcript
If the video has captions, we fetch them first. No captions means we cannot extract a script.
- 3
AI splits it into scenes
The transcript is rewritten into SCENE1, SCENE2, SCENE3… where each scene is one beat of spoken narration.
- 4
Copy into StickReel
Paste the script with Create from script, then generate a faceless stick figure video.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from the transcript generator?
The transcript tool returns the captions as-is. This extractor cleans them up and splits them into a short-form script with labeled scenes (SCENE1, SCENE2, …).
Is the TikTok script extractor free?
Yes, with a fair-use limit. You do not need an account. It only works on public TikTok videos that already have captions.
Will the script match the original video word for word?
No. Captions are cleaned up and split into scenes, but the meaning stays the same. It is still based on someone else's video — use it only with permission or as allowed by law.
Can I paste this into StickReel?
Yes. Copy the script, open StickReel, choose Create from script, and paste it. Scene visuals are generated in the app, so the script stays plain narration.
Why did extraction fail?
Usually the video has no public captions, is private, deleted, or region-locked. If captions exist but writing the script fails, wait a minute and try again.
Paste the script into StickReel
Create from script keeps your words, then adds stick figure scenes, voiceover, and captions. See pricing or the stickman animation guide.
